Humayun’s Tomb, Delhi Humayun’s Tomb, Delhi In the morning, we begin our

First, we’ll go to Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque,
which dates back to the 17th century. Later, we will visit Raj Ghat, India
Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidential Palace), Parliament House, and other
colonial structures as we drive through the New Delhi area. The colonial areas
prominently feature British architect Edwin Lutyens’ early 20th-century
designs.
Last but not least, pay a visit to the well-known Qutub
Minar and Humayun’s Tomb, two magnificent examples of Mughal architecture
influenced by the Persian design.
Day 3:Delhi to Agra Agra Fort’s
JahangiriMahalTheJahangiri Mahal’s inner courtyard, Agra Today, we travel south
to Agra to see the architectural marvel of the Mughal era. You will be taken to
your hotel for a brief rest upon arrival. Later, we drive to the Agra Fort,
which is a mix of Hindu and Mughal architecture. It was originally built by the
Rajputs and was later renovated by various Mughal emperors using red sandstone,
bricks, and Makarana marble. A walled, palatial city more accurately describes
the Fort.
We will visit the Taj Mahal at sunset, a monument to
eternal love on the Yamuna River’s southern bank, after the Agra Fort. Shah
Jahan, the fifth Mughal emperor, built it in memory of Mumtaz Mahal, his
beloved wife who died in the 16th century. Due to its stunning symmetry and
white marble inlays, the Taj Mahal never fails to captivate.
We will spend the evening touring the bazaars, where
the descendants of the marble craftsmen who worked on the Taj Mahal continue to
perfect their craft.
Day 4: Agra-Jaipur (via Fatehpur Sikri). In the morning,
we will travel to Jaipur, also known as the “Pink City,” the vibrant capital of
Rajasthan. We will stop at the grand, deserted Mughal royal city of Fatehpur
Sikri on the way. For 14 years, Akbar used the impressive and well-preserved
citadel as his political capital before abandoning it in 1585 due to a drought.

With its impressive forts, glittering palaces, and lush
gardens, Jaipur was the first planned city of its time. One of India’s most
significant heritage sites, Jaipur still retains its historic charm as the
gateway to Rajasthan today. We will spend the evening exploring the vibrant
night markets before getting some rest in preparation for tomorrow’s full day
of sightseeing.
Day 5:Full day of sightseeing in Jaipur, including the
Mubarak Mahal and the City Palace of Jaipur. After breakfast, we will drive to
the ancient capital of Amer, which is 11 kilometers from Jaipur. For more than
half a millennium, Amer was the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha dynasty. It
is famous for its massive Amber Fort. The perfect fusion of Rajasthani and
Mughal architecture awaits us at City Palace.
Next, we go to Jantar Mantar, an 18th-century
observatory. It is an astronomical treasure that can still accurately make
predictions today because its solar devices can measure the progression of the
day with an error of just two seconds.
The five-story pink sandstone facade known as Hawa
Mahal (Palace of Winds) will be our next stop. The Hawa Mahal, which was built
in 1799 and has small windows called Jharokhas, allowed royal ladies to watch
street parades and celebrations.
Day 6: Departure from Jaipur to Delhi We’ll drive back
to Delhi early in the morning, where you’ll be taken to the international
airport for your flight.
